CANNES, FRANCE -- Corus Entertainment’s Nelvana is teaming up with Oktobor Animation and Playmates Toys to develop and produce Mech Mice, an animated action-comedy for kids 6 to 11.
The CG series, about a ragtag team of heroic hi-tech mice ready to save the world, is anticipated to premiere in 2017. Mech Mice, created by Oktobor Animation’s Dan Wang and Chris Waters, is an original idea from Lance Priebe, creator of Disney’s Club Penguin and founder of digital gaming studio, Hyper Hippo. Priebe will oversee development of web and mobile games based on the series. Oktobor, Nelvana and Playmates Toys are partners in the production, with Playmates Toys also acting as the global master toy partner for the brand.

What do you think?
I hope the series gets some serious action in it. The animation flows well, but the kind of humor seen in here would fit better with a character like Flank. It's just a test though, so lets wait for the real deal, with real action.
So, over on the MMFW, there's a page dedicated to users who worked hard on the wiki. It's like a wall of fame. I was thinking that it would be really neat to have something like that here; a page showing the users who worked hardest on the wiki. By default, the creator of the wiki will be on the wall of fame, while everyone else will be voted onto the wall of fame by the rest of the community. The list would show the users' profile picture, name, and a quick summary of why they're on the wall. There's no ranking on the wall, it will just be a list of great users. Please leave your suggestions below; I want to know if this is a good idea or not. --User:Feey1|Speak to me! 20:21, August 20, 2014 (UTC)

So recently I was thinking we could probably use an update to this wiki's background. Our background, to me at least, seems a bit plain and it doesn't tell the Mech Mice story very well. So, I made this background for the wiki:
Keep in mind that I will change the wiki's background color to black so that the background will fade out at the bottom. Please leave your thoughts and suggestions on this possible new background.

I have a few versions of academy sitting in a folder on my desktop at the moment, and was curious if anyone else wanted to play. I know academy wasn't like tactics, but it's the only multiplayer thing we have right now. Anyways, if you guys leave me your usernames, we can play together.
PS: Apologies for absence, been trying to juggle two summer jobs atm.
Hello Mech Mice community (Lot harder then saying penguins lol)! I've noticed that the cool anniversary badges for making a certian amount of edits on a beta article have been changed. Though this may be minor is there any reason for this change? I like partically liked the party hat badges better. Thanks for reading!
Hey, guys, Feey1 here again! So I decided to make this blog post where you guys could get more involved in my latest Mech Mice fan fiction Equivocal Missions (http://mechmicefanon.wikia.com/wiki/Equivocal_Missions). I decided that the MMFW was too inactive for this blog, and Twitter doesn't allow large enough messages for this. So, in the comments of this blog, I would like to read your current reviews on my fan fiction if you have been reading it. I'm also open to suggestions, or if you've found a contradiction in my story (please tell me if I did). I would also like if you guys had any kind of pictures or art work that went along with Equivocal Missions. I want to have pictures in the story, especially for battle scenes or scenes that are…
I'm new to Mech Mice Wiki. Some of you may know me as Sluth from Wild Warfare. I'm big fan of Mech Mice and Wild Warfare.
This is my first Wiki account I ever made. Can anyone of you tell me some instructions what I can do here?
It's sad to see so many of the admins/other members decide to leave the wiki (even temporarily). Mech Mice Academy may have been turned into Wild Warfare, but I don't think they would spend 3+ years building up a whole world, a book, game, pitch a TV show idea, test toy models, and gain plenty of fans just to abandon it. I've been with Mech Mice since 2011, and I plan to stay and support it no matter what. Mech Mice will more than likely be going through some weird phases, but I'm not going to drop everything just because MMA was changed into WW. Now, I'm not saying the game change wasn't disappointing. MMA may be gone, but Mech Mice is still here. It hasn't gone anywhere. News will be slow coming due to Wild Warfare, obviously, but the wi…
Hey you guys, it's me, and this may be my last blog post on the MMW, or at least the last one for a while. We all know that with the release of the Wild Warfare we can expect a decline of the MM franchise, and that this spin off may just be an abandonment of work of Mech Mice as we know it. And yes, like the majority here on this wiki, I am really pissed that we are at a loss of, well, an actual point to our wiki. No I am not saying that our wiki is now completely pointless from now on, because there may be that one curious user who wants to know what such and such does in Academy and stumbles upon our wiki and gets a good read from our content. But it will become obsolete at some point. Let's face it, we know HH is moving on from Mech Mice…
Hyper Hippo has stated that their new game, "Wild Warfare", is basically continuing the FPS concept that was developed in Mech Mice Academy. In other words, Mech Mice Academy will morph into Wild Warfare. What will change? Basically, the game will drop the "Mech Mice" trademark, and other characters from outside of the Mech Mice world will be included in it.
Honestly, I don't think this will have a good ending. It's still unknown if the Mech Mice franchise will stay or die after this happens, unfortunately.
What do you think about this?
Hey mice, as of 7:12 30 April 2014 (UTC), I've achieved 5000 edits on the Mech Mice Wiki! I'm continuing to expand the wiki but with Mech Mice on hiatus, I won't be doing the usual 10+ edits per day.
On another note, we need to bring up our edit count! C'mon, it's no time to be slacking!
Hey there mice!
Recently, I've discovered away to view the core files of Mech Mice Academy; this doesn't just include the things that you can see when you first download it, either. This includes thousands of files, both media (pictures) and code.
Here is how you can view the Mech Mice Academy files:
- Make sure you've downloaded the desktop version of Mech Mice Academy from mechmice.com.
- Go to this link and download the Unity Assets Explorer. This will allow you to open the .assets files and extract their full contents, making them viewable. Virus-free
- Open up that program you just downloaded. It is a light program and is very simple; click "Open Assets=file" and go to the folder where Mech Mice Academy is installed/located. Make sure you click the…
I'm pretty bummed they halted Mech Mice Tactics. To be honest, I like it a LOT more than Mech Mice Academy. I miss using my Founder's units, too. I asked HH if we'd ever be able to sign in on MMT again, but I was only answered with a 'maybe.' At least it's better than nothing.

Did anybody try this trick? Create a desktop shortcut for the MMA application and set the default window size to "maximized". The result is a true HD version of MMA, unlike that "full screen" option that just expands the 1024x768 window to fit the screen.
Click for 1920x1080.
Shortly after Hyper Hippo announced the hiatus of Mech Mice, it seems that they updated their website and added a prototype for an upcoming game!
Here is the link.
From what it looks like, it seems to be a mobile game for phones and tablets. What do you think?
UPDATE: From looking at the Hyper Hippo games section, they also have 4 other games announced called Prism Break, Rain Drop, Lexicon Heroes, and Rushin'. Alot of things have been announced for Lexicon Heroes already on Twitter.
Latest MMAcademy vlog
Short blog updatee today, but it seems that Hyper Hippo is taking a break on Mech Mice Academy for awhile to work on other projects. What do you think about this?
Due to lots of the changes of Mech Mice, and the upcoming games of Hyper Hippo's (Mech Mice Academy, another possible Mech Mice game(s), CODENAME: Gleam, Screenhog's new game(s), Lance Priebe's new virtual world, Leviathans Online, etc), should we change MMWN (Mech Mice Wiki Network) to HHGN (Hyper Hippo Games Network) or HHN (Hyper Hippo Network)? The reason why I think of this is because, after they fully announce all of these games, there will probably be wiki's for all of them. So if we have all of the wiki's together, it would be easy for us to navigate, similar how we have the fanon wiki connected with this wiki. We can also move all of our Hyper Hippo info to a Hyper Hippo wiki so this wiki will stay in topic.
What do you think? Jus…
So, it's been awhile since my last edits on the Mech Mice Wiki here. Ever since school started up for me, and MM Academy coming out, and other personal things, I've been too busy or tired to work on the wiki here. I've decided that I would focus more on the Mech Mice Fanon Wiki, so I started to write a fan fiction on there to increase traffic. It's worked! On average, I guess about 30 people view the wiki everyday. I also have seen that this wiki has grown a lot, more and more editors and the community is really developed. When I first joined this wiki I was basically the only editor, so I had to set a basis for the community to grow on...and eventually the wiki took off. You guys have been editing so much, I have nothing left to do here. …
It seems that the original Mech Mice is now called Mech Mice Tactics. Not only they changed the name, but they also took out the login system, meaning that you don't need an account anymore, and all levels and units (including Founder Units!) are now available for free.
What do you guys think about it? Good, bad or indifferent?

Hey guys, its PlayBlog 2, the second one lin the line of PlayBlogs! So today, I played against a guy called Destroyer (I couldn't remember the first part of the name) and he was good. At least for the first few rounds. It wasn't really fair, the match was played dirty, but I'll explain all that later:
Here you can see Destroyers statistics:
Now Destroyers playing style is very unique. He would snipe you or backstab you from behind or at an unknown point, and if you catch him off guard and he sees you, he instantly suicides, making the game an extremely difficult one(his fear factor is second to none). He would also try to match the class your in, so when I was an Engineer he would use Commander, and vice versa. Since the match was played this…
I think we should set up a date/time for a battle, or just a time to help each other out against players that aren't from our network. It'd be pretty fun!
Rufina 01:18, January 10, 2014 (UTC)
Well, well well! Guess who found herself a nice can of Grub Yums today.
Neat easter egg, right?
(P.S.- I'm keeping the location a secret to see if you guys can find it!)

So Mech Mice, today the good ol' live button was pushed on MMAcademy! I decided to have a good playthrough and discovered a few tips, secrets and experience to share with you all. So today, part 1, the start of a big PlayBlog:
- 1 Dokugan VS. Moose
- 1.1 Live Full-view Cam
- 1.2 Commander- Pros and Cons
EngineerNINJA- Pros and Cons
Alright, so today I played against a guy called Moose Cheese. Moose Cheese was a Commander for all the rounds (except for one brief time he tried Engineer when he thought I was offline, swinging his staff like a maniac and flying everywhere). I was using an... You guessed it, an Engineer.
So here is Moose Cheese's stats: So from this, you can most likely tell that he (or she!) is not exactly the best player you woul…
Hey Mech Mice! Completely epic news- we smashed the last record for amount of views in one day with 1,312 views!! Out last record was 800 views, therefore smashing the old record by almost double!! On this day there was 210 edits and 3 photos, most of the edits by me editing the whole day as I had nothing to do on that day.
Yesterday, I deleted a bunch of redirects and linked the broken redirects to the original pages, which was the reason for the 200+ edits that day. If we all edit extremely regularly, we can smash this record as well!
Hey everyone. Happy new year!! I decided that every month I will screenshot the achievements page and we can see every month how many points we have gained. Here are the leaderboards as of December 31, 2013:

Also, we have had 64 people edit the Mech Mice Wiki since March 2011!
Hey everyone, I just wanted to wish you guys a very happy and healthy new year. I am very excited about 2014 and the future and growth of this wiki. Again, have a happy new year!
I knew I was forgetting something! Sorry for the month and a half absence. I've been busy studying for (and taking) my finals and spending time with family during break.
How are you guys liking MMA? I think it's pretty cool, but every match I go into there's always someone named Crazy Brute killing everyone. (either a godmod, or really REALLY good at first person shooters.)
If you ever want an ally, I'll be Bravo Tango or Delta Squad.
Rufina 14:22, December 28, 2013 (UTC)
Heya, Mech Mice! It's the time of the year again- Christmas!
I'm going to try to theme the Home Page to a Christmas theme to suit the mood :D
On a side note, we reached a record 600 visits! Congrats to us! We need to keep up the active editing so people wouldn't think we're an inactive wiki.
Hey guys! Urgent news! I found out that Rocketsnail Games did NOT merge with Catalyst Labs to create Hyper Hippo! I found out that Catalyst Labs teamed up with Rocketsnail to create Leviathans Online, not Mech Mice (they DID help with Mech Mice though)!!
So now we have the info:
Rocketsnail Games and Catalyst Labs merged to form Hypr Hippo Productions
everywhere on the Wiki! I'm working to fix these articles ASAP!
Hey everyone. I have been working on a little picture containing all of the MMN wikis/social media. The picture looks kind of like a solar system. Once I finish it, maybe we can put it on the front page as a portal to the wiki's. Here is a "very rough" copy of it.
Hey everyone. Just to let you know that we are having our first "Friday Night Chat Night" to celebrate the alpha launch of MMAcademy. The chat will start at about 4PM PST/7PM EST. As of now, Echaniwarrior and I will be there, and possibly Dragoneye77. Hope to see you there!
Hey guys!! Mech Mice was released on the iPad today!! I played
through it and realized two things- I can play Mech Mice without
having it to crash and stop reponding every single time, and-
dun dun duuuh! Chapter 2 is FREE! You don't have to pay for
it! Whoops. Looks like this is all just a dirty trick from
Mech Mice. You get to play the first level of Chapter 2 for free,
but you have to pay for more... Man, this really sucks.
Aaanyway, here are a few images from the App Store:
The badass looking icon. I tried to put a W instead of the gear, but the gradients stuff it up big time :/
Badass version of Algernon.
In the iPad version Flank has a new special ability called suicide bomb. You only get one, it kills everything within a 8 hexagon range …
Hey guys, so with MMAcademy coming this Friday I was wondering something. Since we created this wiki, its all been a very formal process with the members. Not as SOCIAL, being one of the main journal bloggers, I do feel that I have somewhat a job to keep everyone good buddies. We haven't used the chat much, and I've organized chat dates with some members to get to know them better. Beyond that, nothing much. So I think with the MMAcademy coming, it's a wonderful opportunity to have some in-game fun and get to know each other a little better, even if it's just battle. So if it's possible to create a match and meet up I'd love to organize one and battle you all!
Hi everyone. I have been working on a Mech Mice Wiki Network (Or MMWN/MMN for short) website, and I just wanted to ask if you would like a private admin chat on there. The beta site (which should be up by next week) will be made with Webs, a free website program, but I plan to release a full website in 2014. I think it will be important to have an admin chat and we can talk about the future of the wiki.
I saw this on the front page and I thought this was a great idea:
Congratulations to USERNAME for winning the Mouse of the Month Award! USERNAME has been an excellent contributor, and we are proud to have him/her on this Wiki!
(Added him/her on the quote)
If we are doing a member of the month for December 2013, I nominate Dragoneye77 as he became admin, got the number 1 spot for the achievements section (with over 2,000 points) and has done a TON of editing. :)
Heya Mech Mice, as the newest Admin of the Wiki, it has come to attention to me that the Wiki is lacking in several aspects. The Navigation was outdated for a very long time, so as you can see, I went ahead and fixed it up pretty well. I also added 4th and fifth level navgation, but for some reason the new VisualEditor interferes in a wierd way so that the menus can only be seen during VisualEditing, but for some reason it works fine on other Wikis so I will be looking into that for a while.
Side note: this page is mainly meant for Feey to look at.
Secondly, BY looking through the Wiki Features I thought that we needed to activate a few features:
Highly Recommended: Article Comments: This is basicially essential for a Wiki as commenters can …
Alright guys, something came to my attention. So I play Mech Mice usually daily and I have NoScripts. Recently they have been adding scripts for purchasing stuff in the store and those microtransactions. Well, they added Iesnare. See it does something good while also doing REALLY bad. The good thing? It blocks criminal activity where fraud users use multiple stolen identies and credit cards to sign up for multiple accounts on the same gaming site. That is of course a really good thing to implement, but it also affects non-fraud users too. Really badly. This wiki has info on the problems of Iesnare: http://mafiawars.wikia.com/wiki/Iesnare I can't explain all that but basically it is an annoying cookie with several cons. Luckily I have NoScr…
Hey guys, two things today, one big and one small-
I have been promoted to Admin! Woohoo! *Does a small dance*
EDIT: BEFORE anyone updates anything, just a note that the Wiki wordmark and the MMWN Banner is not cropped properly, so if any of the logos are apporved I will go ahead and crop it a little further.
I have created updated logos for the Wiki as well:
The Staff Members page, with the 'W' insigna implanted in the logo;
The new Wiki wordmark with the same 'W' insigna;
Aand finally thew new Mech Mice Wiki Network with also the new 'W' insigna.
Lastly, I created a Christmas Grunt Unit that I will post here after I upload it as fanart (I'll have to upload it on some other computer because the sub-site is a little glitchy on my computer).
The first level has seen many changes, I'm playing it right now and found this...
Hey guys, I thought I'd share some of my history with Rocketsnail and all that (inspired by Echani's post).
I first discovered Club Penguin in 2008. It was an awesome game, my friend introduced me to it and signed me up. I thought it was pretty cool and all. Eventually, I got into the history of Club Penguin, such as Lance Priebe, Rocketsnail.com, Moderators, Beta testers, Experimental Penguins and Penguin Chat 3. Evetually, I got onto this guy called Watex's site, who was this penguin who used to be really famous on Club Penguin (he inspired Mimo777, not sure if anyone knows who he is). Anyway, he said that it was in fact possible to play Penguin CChat even though the sites beenp pulled down and all. He even showed the old version Rocketsn…
You know everytime I look at the days of when we were about to experience the beta I get this feeling, it's like of joy and accomplishment. I remember the first time I went to Rocketsnail's site, it had a LEGO design or something on it, a couple months later I looked back and it was reopened. For me this was one of the most awesome things of my childhood, I was not really a fan of anything back then, I did love Club Pneguin though. I remember spending days of researching Rsnail and PC3 (Penguin Chat 3) to find out more about all of it. I was so facsinated with it all, the ninjas, the hardhats, the beta. I looked at it and dreamed I was there, with the hat or cracking a joke on the small servers Rsnail created then. I looked days upon days …
Hey everyone, I've been gone for a week and thought now was the time to start this subject. See, as a community I have seen that admins and active members seem to sometimes slack off, I included. So, I've been thinking that as a wiki we should put restrictions on absences with our admins. In the past we usually have been busy or other things, and that's fine because we obviously can't spend all our time editing but, it does really slow down our progress as a community. We are already very small and have lots of members in and out, I mean, I haven't seen Xonius in weeks. The administrator template does says that in the RED bar, that if the admin is labeled under such he has been inactive and will be demoted. Now, we are smaller and can't ju…
Heya Mech Mice, time for another update.
Recently, I have updated all of the MM Infobox templates and changed the colors to blue, because, personally it matches the Wiki's theme perfectly.
If any of you disagree, feel free to undo my edits.
